Prior to co-founding ACME, CEO David Bonfili served as a senior executive at investment firms Citadel, BlackRock, and Two Sigma and as a Research Staff Member at the Institute for Defense Analyses, a DC-based federally-funded research and development center that works primarily for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). He is a former nuclear submarine and naval intelligence officer and holds degrees from Harvard and Oxford where he was a Rhodes Scholar.

An attorney by training, technologist at heart, and user-centric designer by necessity, Patrick brings 20 years of experience with starting and scaling ventures to solve defense, national security, and public sector problems including having founded, led, and advised multiple investment-backed, government-focused technology companies. He holds a JD. from Georgetown, a masters from Oxford, and two bachelors (cum laude) from West Virginia University.

He is a civil affairs officer in the US Army Reserves, was chief of the Civil Military Operations Center at the US Army - Africa, and served as an Armor officer in various leadership positions. He holds a MSc from the University of London – SOAS, and a BA from St. John's University.

Neal is a former healthcare entrepreneur and consultant, and the creator of the first stand-alone Integrated Practice Unit dedicated to pediatric epilepsy. He led key Lean Six Sigma efforts for GE Oil and Gas and served in the US Air Force, where he was ground forces commander in Kabul, Afghanistan. He holds an MA from Gonzaga University, an MS from the McCombs School of Business, and a BS from the US Air Force Academy.

He holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Georgia.
