Prior to co-founding ACME, CEO David Bonfili served as a senior executive at investment firms Citadel, BlackRock, and Two Sigma and as a Research Staff Member at the Institute for Defense Analyses, a DC-based federally-funded research and development center that works primarily for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). He is a former nuclear submarine and naval intelligence officer and holds degrees from Harvard and Oxford where he was a Rhodes Scholar.

An attorney by training, technologist at heart, and user-centric designer by necessity, Patrick brings 20 years of experience with starting and scaling ventures to solve defense, national security, and public sector problems including having founded, led, and advised multiple investment-backed, government-focused technology companies. He holds a JD. from Georgetown, a masters from Oxford, and two bachelors (cum laude) from West Virginia University.

Ken Harbaugh is the past President of Team Rubicon Global, a disaster relief organization. He has held senior leadership roles at multiple veteran service organizations and is a prominent commentator on leadership and civil-military affairs, serving as a guest fellow at Yale University and writing for The New York Times, The Atlantic, and elsewhere. He is a former Navy pilot and holds a JD from Yale Law School and a BS from Duke University.

Before joining ACME, Allen served as a Research Associate at the Council on Foreign Relations. He is a civil affairs officer in the US Army Reserves, was chief of the Civil Military Operations Center at the US Army - Africa, and served as an Armor officer in various leadership positions. He holds a MSc from the University of London – SOAS, and a BA from St. John's University.

Prior to joining ACME, Austin worked as a website designer and UX/UI consultant for various businesses. He holds a BFA from West Virginia University in Graphic Design, with a minor in Interactive Design for Media.

Prior to joining ACME, Cullen Lind was as an associate for JP Morgan’s Corporate Investment Bank. Cullen served as a US Army infantry officer in the 101st and 82nd Airborne Divisions, with multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and as a faculty member at West Point. Cullen holds an MA from Columbia University and a BA from Norwich University.

Dave is a former Engineering Manager for Signature Science LLC, where he led hardware design and development programs for customers in the Intelligence Community. He has led the design of a wide range of programs, including ultra-low power chemical samplers, electronics platforms on the A-10 and B1-B, and telescope control systems. He holds an MS from the McCombs School of Business, and a BA from the University of Minnesota.

Before joining ACME, Elizabeth worked in the technology sector at hedge fund, Point 72, and as a project lead at a local design firm. She holds a B.A. from NYU in Psychology with a minor in Business and Web Development.

Eric is the founder and former CEO of MedNoxa Inc., an early stage biotech startup focused on dual-use wound care technologies. He served as a combat engineer officer in the US Marine Corps, deploying twice to Iraq. He earned an MBA at American Military University, an MS from the McCombs School of Business, and a BS at the US Naval Academy.

Prior to ACME, Gary served in senior investment banking and early-stage tech operating roles. His advisory experience includes over $30 billion M&A transaction volume primarily focused on technology and aerospace & defense during tenures at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. Gary served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, and holds a JD/MBA from the University of Virginia.

Kirk Curry is a Senior System Administrator who has worked with companies and clients to understand their information system challenges, opportunities and goals. He specializes in providing Web-based and network solutions along with strategic planning and project leadership of system migration, configuration, administration and troubleshooting initiatives.

Before joining ACME, Kyle served as a management consultant with PwC in their deals group advising large corporate clients on strategic mergers and acquisitions. He served in the U.S. Army as a UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot including a deployment to Afghanistan with the 10th Mountain Division. He has also completed two investment banking internships at Goldman Sachs and STRH (now Truist). He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon and a BS from West Point.

Neal is a former healthcare entrepreneur and consultant, and the creator of the first stand-alone Integrated Practice Unit dedicated to pediatric epilepsy. He led key Lean Six Sigma efforts for GE Oil and Gas and served in the US Air Force, where he was ground forces commander in Kabul, Afghanistan. He holds an MA from Gonzaga University, an MS from the McCombs School of Business, and a BS from the US Air Force Academy.
